We're seeking a customer-focused, hands-on professional to ensure seamless delivery of outsourcing and facilities management services to our clients. You'll work closely with the service delivery team to maintain service levels, exceed customer expectations, and drive cost-effective operations. Responsible for the operational, on-site delivery of outsourcing/facilities management to end-user customers. Activities involve maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering contract commitments within cost targets.

  • This employee works as part of the service delivery team that is aligned to one or more customers. They will have a focus on the following.
  • Delivery of service that meets SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the achievement of productivity improvements.
  • Contributing to service transformation and business growth and further profitable service revenue.

  • Perform preventative maintenance, identify and escalate repair needs, ensuring equipment functions optimally.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Provide top-notch client training on equipment usage.

  • Track activities, parts inventory, and consumables to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Exceed SLA targets and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
